We do not have a printed catalog. DigitSpace classifies and displays products into several broad categories: Arduino, Components, Raspberry Zero, Raspberry Pi 3, Raspberry Pi 4, Modules, Sensors, Wireless & IoT, etc. You can find product based on board categories or using the Search box. All products on our website are available for purchase unless it shows “out of stock”.
It depends. If you
need an out of stock product urgently, our technician can recommend an
alternative.
We offer a unique
service. If you do not find a product on our website or look for a specific
item, please inform us by email. We will get it for you and add to our product
list quickly.
Our website
currently only accepts PayPal option.
You may log into your account to check your order status.
DigitSpace does not accept changes to an order once it is placed. If changes are required, please delete this order and place another one with correct information online. If the wrong order has been paid, please contact us by email to cancel and refund this order, then place the correct one online.
You can cancel items or orders that haven't yet dispatched by contacting us by email. We will verify your order’s status and ensure you get the right products. If your order has already entered the shipping process when you reach us and yet you still wish to return a product, please refer to the Returns section. Kindly noted that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We ship via FedEX Economy, FedEx Priority and DHL. More Express options such as USPS will be added soon. If you wish to ship products using a different method, reach us by email for possibilities.
Add any item you want into shopping card, then enter the cart page, select Country and Region / State of your shipping address at the Shipping Address section. Our system will calculate and display estimated shipping fees together with Express options at the top of the page.
Yes. We can ship to almost every corner of the world.
We usually handle all orders within 24 hours. If there’s any delay or situation on your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
When your order is shipped, we will send the package tracking number to you by email.
DigitSpace only accepts return and/or replacement of items with manufacturing errors or damages caused by shipping. We put a lot of effort into products inspection before dispatching, and we only deliver quality products to customers. However, sometimes we may make a mistake. If you received unqualified products, reach us by email along with high-res images showing the product statues asap. We’ll take a look and get you taken care of.
Kindly noted:
1) Return shipping fees will be charged to you when return products with damages caused by shipping;
2) Return request much be submitted within 7 days of delivery;
3) Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Refund will be made no longer than 30 days since the arrival of returned product.
