DigitSpace website is running by NINGBO SUNICO INTERNATIONAL LTD. Address: 15A-2, 13F, Huahong International Center, 717 Zhongxin Rd, Jiangdong, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China (referred to as either “DigitSpace” or "we" in the following documentation). By using this website or by placing any orders on the website, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Only upon acceptance of the terms contained herein, you will be entitled to submit orders. 


1.1. By visiting you can access or view and compare products, prices, scan project articles.

1.2. By registering with you can make purchase online, submit project articles to share and connect with global makers and hackers.

1.3. You, the user, are responsible for using in a private manner. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by any unauthorized account access resulting from the users actions.


2.1. By visiting the website, you agree to those Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not access or use the DigitSpace website.

2.2. DigitSpace reserves the right to modify and change any of the terms contained within these terms and conditions, at any time. Your continued access or use of our website will imply your full compliance with these terms. 


3.1. Product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge for the order on the date that we receive the order. You, the user, agree with the current prices when submitting order online. If product price marked down after order submitting. pride difference will not be made up.

3.2. At DigitSpace we do our utmost to supply and deliver required products to the customer. However, there is a chance that we cannot supply every product listed on for example due to a lack of stock.


4.1. If one or some of the products within customer’s paid order are not available, DigitSpace will contact the customer at the very first moment by email. At the customer’s request, DigitSpace is required to send the available products and the shipping prices will be adjusted appropriately; or suggest a product that is equivalent in quality to substitute the unavailable item; or wait till the unavailable product back in stock and ship the complete order together. Price difference will be made up according to the option customer choose.

4.2. To place an order, You, the user, must provide all required personal data for correct billing and shipping. DigitSpace will not be liable for any loss caused by wrong personal data submitted when ordering. 

4.3. The shipping costs is not included in the prices of products. The shipping costs will be added to the total price of the selected products and paid by customers. 

4.4. At any moment before the order has been shipped, the customer can cancel the order without any additional fees. Additional costs will occur when cancelling the order after dispatching. 


5.1. DigitSpace offers customers two different methods of payment: 

- Payment by Wire Transfer:

The customer pays via a bank transfer using the details provided. Consider payment issued through Wire Transfer take days for the recipient to receive, customer is recommended to send the bank receipt to DigitSpace by email after completing the purchase. Order process and shipping only started when receipt is received.

- Payment by PayPal:

The customer pays directly using PayPal 

5.2. DigitSpace offers an extended corresponding invoice to all orders. Invoices will include a breakdown with the amount of products, shipping costs and other additional costs if any.


6.1. DigitSpace dispatches products only when payment is verified (or bank receipt is received for payment issued by Wire Transfer). 

6.2. DigitSpace ships the products to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering. 

6.3. Delivery option depends on the customer’s selection when ordering.

6.4. The delivery time is the sum of time (business days) required for payment confirmation, order preparing and shipping. It may vary depending on the availability of the product, Express and address of consignee. 

6.4. DigitSpace will contact the customer for any delay of order delivery, inform an updated shipping date, or provide an alternative solution.


7.1. All products offered by DigitSpace have a warranty. We can refund or replace any products that have manufacturing errors or shipping damages with a new version or a corresponding alternative, for 30 days from the date of delivery.


8.1. Return policy only opens to products that are with manufacturing faults or shipping damages. If the customer receives such incompetent product, he can change or return the product within 7 days of the delivery and get a refund of the returned product no longer than 30 days. 

8.2. If a product arrives damaged, harmed or does not meet up to standards, the customer should inform DigitSpace and provide image proofs immediately upon receiving. 

8.3. To obtain a refund or a replacement product, the following guidelines have to be followed.

• Products must be returned in the condition they arrived in. The customer may not put any add-on on the product.

• The product may not have been used in any way that could have decreased its value or caused the product any harm.

• Put a note marking out the reasons for the return along with the product. 

8.4. DigitSpace will evaluate the condition of the returned product once received. If the product status differs to that stated by the customer, we may refuse or lower the amount of money to be refunded.

8.5. Once the return or refund is approved, DigitSpace will inform the customer by email.

8.6. "Out of Stock" products will be refund in case the product arrives damaged, harmed or with any anomalies. 


9.1.Content, products and services available on DigitSpace website may contain materials and/or links from third-parties. You may be directed to third-party websites when clicking those links. DigitSpace is not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

9.2.We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party contents should be directed to the third-party.


10.1.If you send submissions, for example project article, suggestions, proposals, contest entries, or other materials) with or without our request, whether online, by email, or otherwise (comments, etc.), you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate your submissions in any medium. We are and shall be under no obligation to pay compensation for any comments.

10.2.We may monitor, edit or remove content that are illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
